Zack joined Flagship Pioneering in 2015 as a senior associate and focuses on sustainability and life sciences investments with a special interest in the agricultural sector.
Prior to joining Flagship, Zack spent six years at Goldman Sachs & Co. as an analyst and associate on the Private Banking management team in the Private Wealth Management division where he helped build the bank lending and cash management business from inception to over $10B in loan commitments.
Zack has been actively involved in volunteer work with the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF), through which he helped found NextGen, a committee of young professionals in the greater NYC area dedicated to generating awareness and fundraising for the charity. Zack’s family owns an organic produce farm in Lincolnville, ME, which has spurred his interest in food, agriculture, and sustainability. Zack graduated with a BA (Phi Beta Kappa) from Johns Hopkins University and earned his MBA from MIT Sloan.
