April Smith

April Smith joined Flagship Pioneering in 2022 as a Senior Compensation Analyst. She is responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team with compensation guidance for Flagship’s ecosystem companies.

Prior to joining Flagship, April worked in the auto insurance industry for 20 years where she most recently served as Compensation Program Manager. She was primarily focused on compensation support and was responsible for the company’s recognition program.
