Carolina is a Controller at Flagship Pioneering and she supports the finance function and budgeting process.

Carolina joined the Flagship ecosystem in 2006 and she has worked at several Flagship-founded companies including Helicos Biosciences, Axcella Therapeutics, Kaleido, Cygnal, and Sonata Therapeutics. She is a seasoned accounting professional with 25+ years of progressive financial and operational experience focused on the biotechnology industry.

Carolina holds a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.
