Dina Ciarimboli

Dina Ciarimboli is General Counsel and Executive Partner at Flagship Pioneering overseeing legal, corporate, IP, compliance, and related matters for Flagship Pioneering and its ecosystem of internally-operated companies.

Dina brings over 30 years of experience advising life sciences companies and venture capital funds on corporate strategy and operations spanning company creation, early research, clinical development, and commercial launch.

Prior to joining Flagship, Dina was General Counsel at the drug development company EQRx and Chief Legal Officer at Thrive Earlier Detection. She served as General Counsel at Third Rock Ventures for eight years and spent nearly a decade as General Counsel at Prism VentureWorks, a venture firm focused on equity investments in start-up, early-stage, and growth companies in the healthcare, internet, and communications industries.

Dina holds a B.A. in accounting and philosophy from Boston College and completed her J.D. at Boston College School of Law.
