Frank brings more than 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, management, support, and training.

Frank joined Flagship from Thermo Fisher Scientific where he served as Senior IT Manager and Executive Support Lead, responsible for building a team of Executive Support liaisons focused on the execution and delivery of IT services with a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Frank is an Apple Certified Technician, as well as a Certified Practitioner Change Management through Prosci, the global leader in Change Management Solutions.
