Germie Benoit-Rosa

Germie Benoit-Rosa joined Flagship Pioneering in 2024 as Senior Contracts Manager responsible for assisting the various Flagship Enterprise companies with their day-to-day contracting needs.

Before joining Flagship, Germie worked as Associate Director of Contracts in the legal department at Tessera Therapeutics, Inc., a Flagship-founded company, where she was responsible for managing and negotiating commercial and operational contracts. Germie started her biotech career as a Research Associate in the Enzymology group at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, now Takeda Oncology. After her time spent in research, she shifted to the legal side, specializing in contract management at several start-up biotech companies of various sizes.

Germie earned a BA in Biology from Northeastern University and her MBA in Health Administration from Eastern University.
