Heng Lu

Heng Lu joined Flagship Pioneering in 2016. Heng leads the business analytics team at Flagship, which works closely with Flagship’s Pioneering Business Units, central functions, and enterprise companies on financial and strategic analysis in support of creating value throughout the Flagship ecosystem. He also has responsibilities across fundraising and investor relations for Flagship, culture building throughout the enterprise, and advancing the finance function’s digital, data, and AI strategy.

Heng graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University in 2012 with an S.C.B in applied mathematics and A.B. in political science.
