Janeen Doyle

Janeen Doyle joined Flagship Pioneering in 2024 as a Partner and Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Program Development. Janeen and her team lead the productive implementation of Innovation Supply Chain (ISC) partnerships with pharma, life science, tech companies and international entities that span the Flagship ecosystem to maximize discovery and development efforts and deliver transformational medicines to patients more quickly and effectively.

Janeen is a biopharmaceutical executive leader with over 20 years of experience in business development, global partnerships, strategy, program leadership, medical affairs, and clinical science across large pharma, mid-size biotech, and in small high-growth environments. She has worked on all aspects of development from discovery through commercialization across most therapeutic areas with a focus on advancing new medicines for patients with serious and life-threatening diseases. Before joining Flagship, Janeen served as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, and in that role oversaw a portfolio of over 300 strategic collaborations and a venture capital & equity portfolio alongside Board Observer responsibilities.

Janeen has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Moravian University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Scranton.
