Jeff Coop

Jeff joined Flagship in 2021 as a Senior Director in IT. In this role, he develops and executes the overarching Flagship IT strategy helping launch new ProtoCos, and scale Flagship companies through the NewCo & GrowthCo stages, enhancing operational efficiencies and driving innovation throughout.

Jeff joined Flagship from Axcella Therapeutics where he served as Head of Information Technology, leading the IT organizational development and strategy, focusing on business application roadmaps, infrastructure services, cybersecurity, compliance controls, and IT governance models. Earlier in his career, Jeff held IT leadership roles at bluebird bio, where he established a corporate IT validation & compliance function and managed the GMP manufacturing IT organization, among various technical positions in commercial stage life science companies.
