Jeremy Ahouse

Jeremy Ahouse joined Flagship’s Pioneering Medicines in 2024, to manage Pioneering Medicines' alliances with Flagship platform companies as they collaborate to create new therapeutics with novel modalities.

Jeremy brings over two decades of experience managing programs and alliances with biotech and pharma partners, including Merus, Celgene, Novartis, ImmunoGen, Vantage Partners, and Millennium.

Jeremy regularly speaks at Alliance Management conferences, mentors alliance managers, and has served on the board of the Association for Strategic Alliance Professionals both nationally and for New England. He trained as a mediator and works regularly with both technical and leadership teams.

Jeremy was an HHMI postdoc in developmental genetics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, received his doctorate in cellular immunology from Brandeis University, master’s in Ecology and Plant Systematics at San Francisco State University, and earned a double B.A. in Biophysics and Zoology from the University of California, Berkeley.
