Kate Wilson

Kate Wilson joined Flagship Pioneering in 2021. She is currently the senior vice president of Flagship total rewards and of human resources for Flagship Global Engagement, supporting Flagship's expansion outside the United States. In this role, Kate is responsible for creating and implementing reward strategies at Flagship, as well as overseeing all Human Resources activities for Flagship's international locations.

Kate has over 20 years of experience as a strategic human resources professional both in the U.S. and internationally. Her focus has been on enabling companies to scale rapidly by aligning HR programs to business strategy. Prior to Flagship, Kate led the Total Rewards and HR Operations function at Moderna, and she also held senior HR roles at Sunovion, Vertex, and Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte).

She received her M.Sc. and B.Sc. from Brunel University in London. She is also a graduate of the Wharton Chief Human Resources Offices Program.
