Niki Papadopoulos

Niki Papadopoulos joined Flagship Pioneering in 2024 as an Assistant Controller, where she manages the accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and various operational functions for early-stage portfolio companies.

Before joining Flagship, Niki was the Senior Manager of Accounting at Avrobio, a clinical-stage gene therapy company, where she was responsible for the company’s accounting procedures, SEC reporting, external audits, and compliance with internal controls. She was previously in an accounting role at Seres Therapeutics and served as an auditor at Ernst & Young .

Niki holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Suffolk University. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
