Nomi Castle

Nomi Castle joined Flagship Pioneering in 2021 and serves as People Analytics Manager, where she supports the HR organization through analytics and data science.

At Flagship, Nomi’s work focuses on building analytics dashboards, applying machine learning to categorize and search data, developing tools that automate HR processes, and architecting a cloud-based People Analytics data warehouse. She also designs and maintains automated systems that ensure HR data is accurate, accessible, and actionable across the organization.

Nomi began her Flagship career in the Talent Intelligence team before expanding her scope across HR as part of the People Analytics and Data Science team in 2024. Before joining Flagship, Nomi was a Senior Research Analyst at Emsi Burning Glass, where she developed insights and reports on labor market trends within the HCM & Emerging Technologies consulting group.

She holds a B.A. in Statistics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.
