Peggy Dalicandro

Peggy Dalicandro joined Flagship Pioneering in 2024 as the VP of HR for Origination. In this role, she drives the people strategy for the origination team members of Flagship’s Pioneering Business Units.

Peggy brings over two decades of experience in HR across all stages of company growth. She previously held HR leadership roles at Amazon (Alexa), Alexion, the Rare Disease Unit of Astra Zeneca, and Oxford Biomedica, where she helped drive company performance and employee engagement through a focus on culture and progressive talent processes.

Peggy holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Westfield State University.
