Ponsi Trivisvavet is CEO-Partner at Flagship Pioneering and CEO and director at Inari, the Flagship-founded SEEDesign™ company working to solve the critical issues of food security, sustainability and farmer profitability by unlocking the full potential of seed.

Ponsi has rich experience in developing and leading global strategy, operations and portfolio management, covering multiple aspects of the agriculture industry including seeds, traits, crop protection and new assets. Prior to joining Inari, she held several executive roles including President of Syngenta Seeds North America.

As a trailblazer and thought leader, Ponsi serves as a distinguished speaker at events across the world while also being recognized for both her global agriculture experience and strategic business management through advisory roles for various industry councils. In 2023, the Carnegie Corporation of New York recognized Ponsi’s impact by naming her to its annual list of “Great Immigrants, Great Americans” – an honor celebrating citizens who have enriched the nation.

She holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
