Renae Morris

Renae Morris joined Flagship Pioneering in 2021 as an Executive Assistant and supports the Talent Acquisition team including Flagship’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search .

Prior to joining Flagship, Renae was at Merck for more than 20 years where she most recently served as Lead Associate/Executive Recruiting Coordinator. She was primarily focused on global executive recruitment and was responsible for onboarding all new executive hires. She also supported the executive recruiting team in all aspects of the recruitment process.
