Rob Damian

Rob Damian joined Flagship in 2023 as a Senior Director in IT for G&A Systems. In this role, he serves as the Business Partner to functional teams for all administrative systems, focusing on business process design and control, system management, roadmap development, project planning and execution, and system integration.

Rob joined Flagship from the Broad Institute, Inc., where he served as Senior Director for Enterprise Systems, responsible for implementing and managing all systems, integrations, and reporting solutions and the service and development teams in support of Broad’s administrative groups. In addition, Rob was also responsible for the budget and finances for Broad’s Information, Technology, and Services (BITS) group. Prior to the Broad, Rob was a long-tenured MIT employee, serving in various administrative roles, including Internal Audit, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Sponsored Research, before transitioning to an IT-focused role supporting enterprise systems.

Rob holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Information Systems from Bentley University. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor.
