Scott Robertson

Scott Robertson joined Flagship Pioneering in 2023 as an Operating Principal and helps build successful business and organizational strategies for Flagship’s pioneering scientific ventures.

Before joining Flagship, Scott was the Chief Commercial Officer at Solugen, a leading bioindustrial manufacturing company. He held previous roles in commercial strategy at Ginkgo Bioworks and spent time in sell-side M&A investment banking.

Scott began his career as a US Navy fighter pilot, completing multiple combat and humanitarian deployments.

Scott is a TOPGUN graduate, a CFA charter holder, and holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, a master’s degree in data science from UC Berkeley, and a BS in Systems Engineering with distinction from the US Naval Academy.
